NDIS Removalists Sydney.

Patient, accessible, and easy to work with - for participants, families, and support coordinators.

Moving is stressful for most people, and for NDIS participants there are often extra things to plan for - mobility equipment, accessibility at both ends, and a pace that actually works for the person moving, not just the truck's schedule. Billy and Jet approach these moves the same way they'd want a family member treated: with patience, clear communication, and no rushing.

Every plan management arrangement is a little different - some participants are self-managed, some plan-managed, some work through a support coordinator who handles the logistics. We're happy to work with whichever applies to you, and to talk through invoicing directly with a plan manager or coordinator if that's easier than doing it yourself.

If mobility equipment is involved - wheelchairs, hospital beds, hoists, or other aids - let us know what's involved when you book. It changes how we plan access and handling, and we'd rather know in advance than work it out on the day.

What we cover for NDIS moves

  • Patient, unhurried pace suited to individual needs
  • Direct communication with participants, families, support coordinators, or plan managers
  • Careful handling of mobility equipment and aids
  • Accessible move planning - ramps, doorway widths, and access at both ends
  • Flexible invoicing arrangements to suit your plan management
  • Full insurance and the same standard of care as any move

What actually helps these moves go well

The single most useful thing is telling us what to expect before the day - who will be there, what equipment needs particular handling, and what pace works. We'd rather have that conversation properly at quoting stage than guess on the day and get it wrong.

Access is worth checking in advance too, the same way it matters for any move into an apartment or a property with stairs - our guide on moving into a lift building covers the kind of things worth confirming before moving day, and applies just as much here.

If a support coordinator or plan manager is arranging the move on someone's behalf, we're happy to have that conversation directly and keep the participant and their family informed throughout, rather than leaving communication to chance.

Fully insured on every job. No deposit required. No cancellation fees. If your plans need to shift, get in touch and we'll work it out.

Common questions

Yes - we're happy to work with whatever your plan management arrangement is, whether that's self-managed, plan-managed, or coordinated through a support coordinator. Get in touch and we'll talk through invoicing so it fits your situation.

Yes - wheelchairs, mobility aids, hospital beds, and other equipment are things we plan for specifically, not as an afterthought. Tell us what's involved when you book so we can plan access, timing, and handling properly in advance.

Of course - whoever needs to be there to support you on the day is welcome. We're happy to communicate with a support worker, family member, or coordinator throughout, not just on the day itself.

Yes. We'd rather take the time needed to do it properly and comfortably than rush through a move that leaves anyone stressed. Let us know what pace and approach works best for you when you book.

Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, or the quote form with a description of what's involved - the property, any equipment, and who we should be coordinating with. We'll talk it through honestly from there.
